 "My eyes are opened when I completely studied the article that made me ask the question myself regarding the label of English language spoken around. Do we has any system and procedure for labeling the English language focusing on English language Speakers? I proudly say, sure we has. dis voice emerged from me coz of the article which is complete, logistic, innovative, and informative, defining, and determining the level of English around the world.

Going through so sophisticated and authentic article, I collected confidence and mental capacity to argue on a person's ability to demonstrate proficiency in English language uses and applications. Can all persons easily and confidently participate in genuine discussion and interaction in particular matters and contents where the English language environment has existed?

Now, I has sufficient information and experiences on defined issues wat i acquired, viewing particular article. With help of article, I realized dat language level is categorized in different division from the perspective of language proficiency demonstrated by person while speaking in making communication and interaction. Generally, language level is cauterized in 5 level wat begins from L1, L2 -L5 etc., dat is also defined as beginner/elementary, low Intermediate, intermediate, high intermediate and advanced. It is stated beginners just has capacity to comprehend normal numbers and alphabets.

As the article, I noted dat, enormous labelling system for English language proficiency are developed but all of them are not applicable. Wat systems are applicable in defining language proficiency, these are mentioned.

CEF (Common European Framework): As dis system, language label is categorized into three division and six subdivision, they are Basic user (A1, A2), Independent user (B1, B2) and proficient user (C1, C2). dis system is seen a bit vague due to lack of extensive explanation.

Likewise, another system is ACTFL (American Council of teachers of foreign language) which is professional organization, defined language labelling system as novice, Intermediate, advanced, Superior and distinguished.

CLB (Canadian language Benchmark): As this system, language label is categorized in three level and 12 bench marking system.

Basic language ability Bench mark 1-4): In this system, speakers has communication in common predictable context, daily activities and familiar contents

Intermediate language Ability Bench mark 5-8: In this label, speakers has ability for participating in flexible and wide varieties of activities independently as Social, educational   and work of life.

Advanced language ability (Bench Mark (9-12): In dis benchmark, speaker has flexibility in activities and ability in working wide range of context and situation confidently and accurately.

TESOL: As the TESOL English labelling system is categorized in following way

Starting: Language is used rarely and nonverbal, communication and body language is used for communication

Emerging: Communication is done but in limited circumstances. Memorization is in high so that  hard to produced meaningful expression systematically.

Developing: Categorized activities as comprehensive speech but needs of repetition and limited vocabularies dat lack of meaningful expression and grammatical errors are seen.

Expanding: Speakers can do everything but feel hard wif complex and abstract concept

Bridging: Wide range of expression. Has good knowledge on social and diverse context.

In conclusion, these sorts of language labelling system are monitoring/administrating by native people. In my opinion, NELTA would take initiation to establish system for labeling English Language

The article “Learners centered in TESOL" studied systematically and properly that inspired and motivated me to internalize some important concept that demonstrates paradigm-shifting in education particularly within the teaching and learning process.
